Jennifer Bigus is an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Franklin University, OH, where she teaches undergraduate computer science courses in an online learning environment. Jennifer has a M.S. in Computer Science from Lehigh University, a M.S. in Instructional Systems from Florida State University, an Ed. S. in Computing Technology in Education from Nova Southeastern University, and is currently a Ph. D. candidate at NSU. Jen has over 25 years of experience in the computer field where she has worked as a systems programmer, application developer, consultant, and educator. Her research interests include applying computer technology to learning environments and game-based learning.

Joe Bigus is a Senior Technical Staff Member at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. Joe has worked for IBM for more than 20 years and has led a number of research and development teams in the areas of data mining, intelligent agents, and business intelligence. Joe has a M.S. and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Lehigh University and a M.B.A from the University of Massachusetts. His research interests include intelligent agents, neural networks, rule systems, genetic algorithms, and applied artificial intelligence.
